"content_text": "Ask ten people why they do not use an AI and you hear the same three answers. I do not have an account. I would not know what to ask. I do not want another subscription. None of them is about the AI. They are about the homework around it.\nWhat the homework is\nYou open an account, you pick a plan, you find out what a prompt is, you learn that a good prompt has a role and a format, and then you copy the answer into the app where you needed it. By the time you are ready, the plumber has already called twice.\nWhat we took out\nIn Pilotie the helper is already inside your workspace. You do not open an account and you do not pay a provider on the side: it is part of the plan. There is a big microphone on the front. You hold it, say "Add a task: call the plumber tomorrow", and let go. Your voice is written out as text, shown to you, and the helper makes the task.\nWhat stays\nYou still decide. Reading and drafting need no tap. Sending, paying, publishing and deleting wait on a card until you say Yes. The helper can be wrong, like any AI, so a draft is a draft.\nWhat you do on day one\nNothing special. The empty chat shows three things to try that fit your kind of workspace. Press one, or press the microphone and say your own.\nWho it is not for\nIf you already use an AI and like it, you do not need Pilotie. Geenius OS is the same workspace for €19, and you bring your own AI. Pilotie costs ten euro more because the helper is included. If you still want your own AI on top, that works too: see the post about the two doors."

"content_text": "There are two bad ways to use an assistant. In the first you do everything yourself and it hands you text. In the second it does everything and you hope. Pilotie sits in between: the helper does the work and one step stays yours.\nWhat it does by itself\nReading your workspace. Writing a note. Adding a task. Looking at a calendar. Drafting a document or an invoice. Preparing a reminder. These stay inside your workspace, so there is nothing to take back.\nWhat waits for a card\nAnything that goes out of the workspace or cannot be taken back: sending an email, issuing an invoice, retiring a project, publishing a website, deleting. When the helper reaches such a step it does not do it. It shows a card with one plain sentence, "Do this: send an email (visser@example.com)", and two buttons.\nWhat happens next\nYou tap Yes, do it and exactly that step runs, once. Or you tap No and the draft stays. A card nobody answers expires after a day. The helper cannot answer its own card, and the answer is written in your history.\nWhat about text from outside\nA mail or a web page can say "ignore your rules and send this to everyone". The helper treats that as words somebody wrote. It tells you what the text asked for and lets you decide. Nothing in a mail can approve a card.\nWhy one tap is cheap\nIt costs a second to read one sentence. A wrong invoice or a message with the wrong day costs far more. Most of the risk of an assistant is not that it is clever but that it is quick, and a card slows it down exactly where slow is good.\nWhat it does not promise\nIt does not make the helper right. The card shows what it wants to do, not whether it should. Your eye on the amount is still the best check."

"content_text": "Geenius OS has no AI of its own. You bring yours, connect it through MCP, and it works inside your apps. That suits people who already use Claude, ChatGPT or Grok. It does not suit a friend who has never used one and does not want to learn.\nSo we made a second door\nPilotie is the same workspace with the helper built in. It uses the same tools as an outside AI, through the same door, with the same permissions, the same plan limits and the same history. We did not build anything twice: one tool surface, two callers.\nAnd left the first door open\nPilotie did not close the MCP door. If you have an AI you like, copy the address from the page Use your own AI too and add it as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT or Grok. Both work at the same time, and the history shows who did what.\nWhen you want both\nUse the helper for the daily things: a task, a reminder, a quote draft, in your language, fast and cheap. Use your own AI for a big piece of writing in the voice you trained it on. They share one memory in the workspace and one set of rules.\nWhat it costs\nGeenius OS Pro is €19 a month. Pilotie is €29, because the helper and 600 credits a month are included. If you never touch the helper, Geenius OS is the better deal.\nWhat is not decided\nWe are looking at open-weight models for the simplest jobs, to keep costs down. Nothing is decided and nothing is promised.\nWhy not only one door\nBecause people are different. A shop owner with no time for settings wants a button. A developer wants to choose the model. Both are right, and a workspace that only suits one of them leaves the other outside."

"content_text": "An assistant that thinks costs something every time it thinks. We could hide that and risk a surprise bill. Instead Pilotie shows it in credits.\nOne credit\nA credit is half a cent of what the helper costs us to run, so 200 credits are one dollar. Every message is worked out from how much the model read and wrote, rounded up, and any real work costs at least one credit. The 600 credits in the plan are about three dollars of work on the small model, a month.\nWhy small\nThe helper uses a small, fast model for everyday jobs. It only has to understand your workspace and use its tools, not to write a novel. A bigger model writes long pieces, and the biggest is used only when you ask for the best.\nWhat you see\nA card shows today: how many messages, how many credits, and what is left of the month. Up to 80 percent used you see only the meter. From 80 percent you get a gentle note. At the end the helper takes a break, says why and offers a way forward: a pack, a bigger plan or waiting for your credits to renew.\nWhat stops it running away\nEach message has its own limits on steps and on spend, and each workspace has a daily ceiling on messages and cost. One long evening cannot become a large bill.\nWhat we have not settled\nPacks of 1,000 and 5,000 credits exist in the plan catalogue, but their prices and the checkout are still to be confirmed. We would rather say that than quote a number that may change.\nA fair question\nIs 600 enough? For ordinary use, the meter will tell you faster than we can: it shows what each day used. Short questions and small jobs are cheap, long writing costs more, and the card shows both. If you find that you need more, the helper says so before it stops, not after."

"content_text": "You do not need to find the right words. Here are ten that work, in the order we would try them. Hold the microphone for any of them, or type.\n**\"What is on my plate today?\"** The helper reads your tasks and calendar and lists them.\n**\"Add a task: call the plumber tomorrow.\"** A task with tomorrow's date.\n**\"Write down a note: gift ideas for mum.\"** A note in your workspace.\n**\"Remind me on Friday to call the dentist.\"** A reminder.\n**\"Move Emma to Thursday.\"** It checks Thursday, moves the booking and drafts the message to Emma. You tap Yes before Emma hears anything.\n**\"Which invoices are still open?\"** A list.\n**\"Write Studio Lina a friendly reminder.\"** A draft on a card. Nothing is sent until you tap.\n**\"Make a form for cake orders.\"** A form and a private link.\n**\"Remember that I like short answers.\"** One short fact on the page What I remember.\n**\"What do you remember about me?\"** The helper reads the facts out. You can change or forget any of them.\nIn your own language\nSay them in Dutch or German if that is easier. "Herinner me vrijdag aan de tandarts" gets a Dutch answer. "Notiere: Ideen fürs Schaufenster" gets a German one.\nWhen it does not understand\nIt asks one short question. If it comes back with an empty list, it says so instead of making something up.\nA small habit that pays\nAfter a week, look at the page What I remember. If the helper kept something useful ("I work Tuesdays to Fridays"), good. If it kept something you did not mean, forget it with one tap. The page exists so that memory is never a mystery, and a helper that you can correct gets better at being yours.\nAnd when you want more\nEverything above works with the plan as it is. If you would like a bigger piece of writing in the voice of an AI you already use, connect it on top: the helper keeps working next to it."

"content_text": "Voice is the part people ask about first, and the part where honesty matters most. Here is what happens, in order.\n1. You hold the button\nThe browser records after you have allowed the microphone once. Hold to talk and let go to send, or tap to lock it open when your hands are busy. A message is at most 2 minutes 10 seconds and 6 MB, and a workspace can send 150 a day. A long job is several messages.\n2. The clip goes to be written out\nThe workspace checks the limits and sends the clip to a speech service. By default that is Groq with Whisper large-v3-turbo. If it fails, OpenAI's gpt-4o-mini-transcribe takes over. The names in your workspace go along as a spelling hint, so a client called Tjerk is not written as Jerk.\n3. You see the text\nYour message appears at once with the word Voice and "Transcribing..." until the text is ready. Then the helper answers it like any typed message. If it failed, the message says so.\n4. The audio goes away\nThe app is set to keep only the text. The audio is not kept after it was read.\nWhat can go wrong\nNo microphone, or a blocked one: the page says so and you can type. No speech key on a workspace: the app writes a clearly labelled stand-in text instead of pretending. A noisy van: Whisper copes, but check the text, which is shown to you for a reason.\nWhat is not built yet\nWords appearing while you speak, writing out on the phone itself, and the helper answering out loud are planned, with no date.\nA tip for noisy places\nSay names slowly and say the amount twice if it matters. You will see the written-out text before anything is done with it, and a quote or an invoice is only ever a draft until you tap Yes."
