# Files and designs

> Files live next to their project. Slides, posters and social posts in Design, diagrams and charts in Canvas.

Files live in one place, next to the project they belong to, so the helper can find them.

- **Brand kit:** your colours, logo and fonts.
- **Design:** slides, posters, flyers and social posts, laid out from your text and photo. You adjust and use them yourself; nothing is posted for you.
- **Canvas:** diagrams and charts.
- **Share links** for files expire after the hours you choose, and you can revoke them.
