A **seat** is one person in the workspace. The price is per seat per month.

- One workspace per business or household. Everything lives in it, and workspaces stay separate.
- Owners and admins hand out signature links, approve certain steps and set the audit-trail retention.
- Each person can also connect their own AI; each shows up as an agent.

> Whether teams start at two seats on the Pilotie plan, and what each seat's helper credits are, is still to be confirmed.
